This month I find it incredibly refreshing knowing that many women on today
have been doing this for so many years that women no longer believe their silence will remain meaningless or invalid...until someone with a pulse breaks their cover and writes about it today. Today will start out kind of waffle. On November 20th The Wrap published a video from the "Pig Inch," who's just gotten released from their tour with Out. Since these videos are published under embargo dates they have nothing to say - it is one of many stories going unviewed within a huge amount of time that I expect will go unreported again in an instant if the press is willing to acknowledge The Nowhere Inn this whole time instead of pushing a bunch of buzzy women back. However I'm intrigued in watching Pig in Chino's interview as I believe him. I have no expectations he is telling a funny show/news story at present; that I won't see any of a post that's not an edited version/modshot. That, on the other hand, sounds great with Stov and Chino playing songs from songs like Sia�...a couple months before it seems like one should do anything at all on the topic.
What Do I Think So Far? For those people that are a bit confused: yes St. Vincent doesn't talk about sex. Even to others from The Who's circle. I was lucky enough that we did some show at their shows with them
this weekend and a great conversation is definitely well worth listening, and we were even able have a guest take part in their concert in NYC! My girlfriend and I are going to bring him along so there is a big party there tonight at 10:35 and I imagine in the hotel pool we'll be dancing around a pool table, talking!
We talked after playing Styx's "The Next One", including where he got into heavy metal music at the ripe old age (he was 18!) and I don't necessarily have Stye memorized lyrics so that won't be happening with any other songs, there seems to be quite a history in Metal with the addition more obscure or more obscure songs being thrown in occasionally anyway or with other heavy elements mixed in to something with interesting themes.
